Privacy Policy — Discipline Dispatcher

Discipline Dispatcher is an internal service used by Raccoon Poster to calculate discipline metrics from Google Calendar events and record the resulting values in the user's Discipline spreadsheet.

Information processed

• Google Calendar OAuth credentials needed to access the authorized calendar;
• calendar event metadata needed for scoring, such as event time, status, and color;
• calculated daily scores and related spreadsheet values.

The service does not use Google Calendar access to publish, edit, or delete calendar events. Calendar access is read-only.

How information is used

Information is used only to identify qualifying events, calculate the configured discipline score, write the calculated score and result formulas to the authorized Discipline spreadsheet, and diagnose failures and maintain the service.

Calendar event data is processed in memory for the calculation. The service stores the OAuth token and resulting spreadsheet values required for ongoing operation. Operational logs may contain limited event-processing metadata, such as dates, color identifiers, and calculated point totals.

Sharing and disclosure

The service does not sell personal information. Data is transmitted only to the Google Calendar and Google Sheets APIs required for the requested integration, and to the service operator's infrastructure for processing and storage. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect the security of the service.

Security

OAuth credentials are stored on the production server with restricted file permissions and are not intended to be exposed through the public API. Access to the service and its infrastructure is limited to authorized operators. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices

You can revoke the service's Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops future Calendar synchronization until authorization is granted again. You may also contact the service operator to request assistance with access or stored results.
