Terms of Service — Discipline Dispatcher

Discipline Dispatcher is an internal Raccoon Poster service that reads authorized Google Calendar event metadata, calculates configured discipline scores, and records results in an authorized Discipline spreadsheet.

Authorized use

You may use the service only with Google accounts, calendars, and spreadsheets that you own or are authorized to connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for the accuracy of the events and spreadsheet permissions you provide.

Service behavior

The service is provided for internal operational use. Scores are calculated from the configured calendar colors and rules. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, revoked authorization, expired credentials, or other technical failures.

The service does not edit or delete Google Calendar events. It may write calculated values and formulas to the authorized Discipline spreadsheet.

Prohibited use

You must not use the service to access another person's data without authorization, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful or harmful content through connected systems.

Third-party services

The service relies on Google Calendar and Google Sheets. Their availability and terms are governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided without a guarantee that every calculation, provider response, or synchronization will be uninterrupted or error-free. You should review important spreadsheet results and maintain appropriate backups.
