Discipline Dispatcher

Discipline Dispatcher is an internal Raccoon Poster service that reads authorized Google Calendar event metadata, calculates configured discipline scores, and records results in an authorized Discipline spreadsheet.

Calendar access is read-only. The service does not publish, edit, or delete calendar events.
